Ada apa dengan Google Chrome Saya?

Google Chrome adalah salah satu media Browser tebaik yang pernah saya kenal. Google Chrome selain memiliki kecepatan yang luar biasa dalam membuka halaman suatu web, Google Chrome juga memiliki tampilan yang simple sehingga bisa di jamin pengguna komputer dari golongan anak-anak, pemuda atau orang tua akan senang dengan tampilannya. Tapi ada apa dengan Google Chrome saya? Kemarin saya sedang asyik-asyiknya browsing, tiba-tiba mendapatkan pesan seperti di bawah ini :

Waduh, ini maksudnya apa? Kenapa semua web yang saya telusuri wajib mengeluarkan pesan seperti di atas? Apakah ada gangguan dengan Google Chrome saya? Ternyata tidak, Pesan di atas memberitahukan kita bahwa ada masalah dengan jaringan kita (Koneksi Internet). Setelah saya hubungi ISP(Internet Service Provider) saya, ternyata benar, Jaringan Internet yang saya gunakakan lagi gangguan.
